WARM CHOCOLATE GRAVY


Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1 1/4 cups milk

Directions:
1. In small bowl stir together the sugar, cocoa powder, and flour; set aside.
2. In a medium saucepan melt the butter. Thoroughly stir in sugar mixture until no lumps remain. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir for one minute more. Serve with hot biscuits.
