Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk sausage or bacon
1 pkg (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 C. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 C. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
1/4 C. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook sausage or bacon, drain.  Place crescents in an ungreased 12" pizza pan points toward the center.  Press over bottom and up sides to form a crust; seal perforations.  Spoon sausage or bacon over crust.  Sprinkle with potatoes.  Top with cheese.  In a bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.  Pour into crust.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese over all.  Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.  Makes 6 to 8 servings.
