Breakfast Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:
1 lb. sausage (or bacon or ham), cooked, drained, and crumbled
4 C. cubed day-old bread
2 C. (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Two 12-oz. cans evaporated milk
10 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
pepper to taste

Directions:
Place bread in greased 13X9" baking dish.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Combine milk, eggs, mustard, onion powder and pepper in medium bowl.  Pour evenly over the bread and cheese.  Sprinkle with sausage.  Cover; refrigerate overnight.  Bake in preheated 325° oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.  Cover with foil if top browns too quickly.
