Coconut Pecan Frosting

(for German Chocolate Cake)

Ingredients:
I C. evaporated milk
1 C. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 C. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 C. chopped pecans
Directions:
Combine milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter in small saucepan.  Cook and stir over medium heat until thick, about 12 minutes.  Stir in vanilla, coconut, and pecans.  Beat until thick enough to spread.
