Taco Dip

2 cups sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning or 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

Spread in bottom of glass pie plate.  Top with 1 cup black bean salsa, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.  Serve with tortilla chips.
