Ingredients:
Filling
2 cups finely chopped apples
3/4 C sugar
2 T flour
1 C sour cream
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
Crumb Topping
Mix together until crumbly:
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 C butter
1/4 C flour
Directions:
Mix apples, sugar, and flour together thoroughly. Add sour cream and beaten egg. Stir in vanilla. Place in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake 10 additional minutes.
