Strawberry Glaze Short Pie

Crust:
1 C Bisquick
1/4 C soft butter
3 T boiling water
Crust Directions:
Heat oven to 400°.  Put Bisquick and butter in 9" pie pan.  Add boiling water and stir with fork until dough forms a ball and cleans the pan.  It will be puffy and soft.  Pat evenly into pie pan.  Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

Filling:
1 qt. strawberries, hulled
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 T cornstarch
Filling Directions:
Simmer 1 cup berries with 2/3 cup water until berries begin to break up (3 minutes).  Blend sugar, cornstarch, and remaining 1/3 cup water; stir into boiling mixture.  Boil one minute, stirring constantly.  Cool.  Stir in remaining berries.  Pour into baked crust.  Refrigerate till firm.  Serve with whipped cream.
