RHUBARB PIE

Ingredients:
3-3 1/2 C sliced rhubarb
1 1/2 C sugar
3 T cornstarch or 4 T flour
1 egg, beaten
2 T milk
pinch salt
2 T butter, cut up, stirred through mixture

Directions:
Mix ingredients and place into unbaked pie crust.  Top with another crust and cut slits.  Bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes.
