Pizza Crust

Ingredients:
1 C warm water
2  1/4 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar                                                                                                                                 
1 tsp salt
2  ½ C flour (bread flour preferred)                                       
2 Tablespoons Oil                                                                       

Instructions:
Mix water and yeast.  Add sugar.  Mix in flour and salt.  Let rise 5 minutes.  Spread onto greased baking stone.  Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees.  Add pizza sauce, parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives, etc.  Bake an additional 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.  Makes 2 crusts.
