Pumpkin Seeds

Remove seeds from pumpkin, removing as much pulp as possible.

Boil seeds 10 minutes in salted water.  Drain.

Dry about 1 hour in 300° oven with butter and salt (use seasoned salt and add Worcestershire sauce if desired).
