Stuffing

Ingredients:

16 oz. bread crumbs made from white hamburger buns
1 small onion, diced
1 stem celery, diced
4 oz. butter
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup water mixed with 1 tsp. chicken bouillon

Directions:
Sauté vegetables in butter.  Add salt, pepper, broth, water, and bouillon.  Mix in bread crumbs.  Bake at 400° for 1 ½ hours or longer.
