Sausage Dressing

Ingredients:
14 oz. croutons
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 C. butter
1 C. chopped onion
1  1/2 C. chopped celery
1/2 C. chopped green pepper
1  1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cans chicken broth

Directions:
Brown sausage.  Remove from skillet.  Melt butter in drippings.  Add vegetables.  Sauté until tender.  Add broth, salt, pepper.  Bring to boil.  Remove from heat.  Add croutons and sausage.  Stir together.  Bake for 2 hrs. at 375°.  (Add water to dressing as it bakes if needed to keep it moist.)
