Goulash

Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/4 C. chopped celery
1/8 C. chopped carrot
16 oz. tomato pieces
1 C. water
1/2  C. ketchup
1 T. apple cider vinegar
1/4 C. brown sugar
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
6 oz. Velveeta
2 C. uncooked macaroni, cooked according to package directions
Shredded Colby cheese

Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain.  Add vegetables and cook until softened.  Add remaining ingredients and combine.  Place in baking dish or pan.  Top with Colby cheese.  Bake at 350° for one hour.
