Noodles

1 egg and ½ egg shell water
1 T. melted butter
½ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup flour

Mix all but flour in food processor.  Add flour and mix again until the consistency of cornmeal.  Remove from processor and shape into ball.  Divide ball into four pieces and roll out.  Cut into noodles.  Dry on towel 2 hours if possible.  Dried noodles can be covered and stored about one month.  Drop by handfuls into boiling broth, stirring constantly.  Cook until tender.
