Pam's Broccoli Cheese Soup


Ingredients:
4 T butter
½ C chopped onion
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chicken bouillon
4 C water
16 oz chopped broccoli
12 oz. Velveeta, cut up
3 T flour
4 C milk

Directions:
Cook onion in butter.  Add water.  Bring to boil.  Lower heat, add broccoli and cook 8 minutes.
Add salt, pepper, garlic, bouillon, and cheese.  Simmer until cheese is melted.
Add flour to a little of the milk.  Stir into hot mixture.  Add remaining milk.  Heat to simmer.  Do not boil.
