Ingredients:
1 C flour
1/2 C butter
1 C chopped pecans
1 C powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 large Cool Whip
1 small vanilla instant pudding
1 small chocolate instant pudding
Chopped nuts (optional)
LEMON LUST:
Use lemon pudding, sprinkle coconut on top.
Directions:
1st Layer: Mix butter, flour and pecans. Pat into bottom of dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. 2nd Layer: Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, half of Cool Whip. Spread over crust. 3rd Layer: Mix vanilla pudding with 1 3/4 C milk. Pour over 2nd layer. 4th Layer: Mix chocolate pudding with 1 3/4 C milk. Pour over 3rd layer. 5th Layer: Spread rest of Cool Whip over 4th layer and sprinkle with nuts.
LEMON LUST:
Use lemon pudding, sprinkle coconut on top.
