Hot Pepper Relish


Ingredients:
10 lb. hot peppers, seeded and chopped
1 quart cider vinegar
1 quart yellow mustard
3 lbs. brown sugar
3 T. salt
1 C. flour
1 pt. water

Directions:
Mix first five ingredients in kettle and cook 10 minutes. Add thickening made of 1 C. flour and 1 pint water a little at a time, stirring constantly. Cook and stir 10 additional minutes. Pour into sterilized pint jars. Process 5 minutes in boiling water bath.
