Meat Loaf

Ingredients:
3 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 C. ketchup
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 - 1½ C. white bread crumbs

Directions:
Mix egg, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup.  Add to beef.  And seasonings and bread crumbs.  Mix, then shape into loaf and place in roaster.  Top loaf with ketchup and a handful of oats.  Salt and pepper top of loaf.  Add bacon strips if desired.  Add a cup of water mixed with 1 tsp. beef bouillon around bottom of loaf. Bake at 350° for 1½ - 2 hours or until done (160° internally).
