Salisbury Steak

Ingredients:
1 ½ C. minced bread crumbs
½ C. minced onion
1/3 C. ketchup
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 ½ lb. ground beef

Directions:
In large mixing bowl, combine first six ingredients. Blend well. Add meat. Mix well, but do not over mix. Shape into 6 oval patties ½ inch thick. Broil under preheated hot broiler until done as desired, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
